Apostle Peter defined Church Ministries in his first epistle. His guidance to exiled Christians of Asia Minor is still relevant and important for modern-day people trying to live and deepen the Orthodox Faith.
“But the end of all things is at hand; therefore, be serious and watchful in your prayers. And above all things, have fervent love for one another, for love will cover a multitude of sins. Be hospitable to one another without grumbling. As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.” (I Peter 4:7-11)
Our ministries are intended to enhance our Faith and enrich our relationship with God, by learning more about Orthodoxy, building fellowship with other Orthodox Christians or giving back to our community.
